Deactivated Lee Enfield SMLE (Short, Magazine, Lee Enfield), Mk III*, stamped with the King's Crown and 'BSA 1918'. In great condition. The Mk III* was a wartime simplification of the MK III, with the mag cut off and volley sight removed, that came into service in 1915. This SMLE cocks, dry-fires and the bolt can be removed. Comes with five .303 inert rounds in a charging clip. Supplied with its Birmingham Proof House deactivation certificate. As a pre-EU deact, conditions apply (see T & Cs).
